德國《DE LOCKE》洛克--進口氣動薄膜波紋管調節閥是一種頂導向結構的調節閥，氣動薄膜波紋管調節閥閥體結構緊湊，流體通道呈S流線型，壓降損失小，流量大，可調。上閥蓋采用波管紋密封結構，可消除工藝介質從閥桿運動間隙向外泄漏的可能性，適用于極毒、易燃易爆易揮發和稀有貴重金屬介質的調節。另該閥也可用于真空的場合。這是波紋管密封閥的特點之一。由于波紋管元件本身變形性和的抗老化性，這種調節閥克服了填料密封閥通常存在的填料老化和溫差敏感等弱點。其次，采用波紋管—填料雙重密封結構，性更好。因此，它在劇毒，強腐蝕性，放射性等稀有特殊介質的自動控制系統中得到應用。閥芯導向面積大，抗振性好，調節閥的泄漏量符合ANSI 標準。調節閥配用多彈簧薄膜執行機構，其結構緊湊，輸出力大。
The pneumatic diaphragm bellows control valve imported from lockrock is a top guide structure control valve. The valve body structure of pneumatic diaphragm bellows control valve is compact, the fluid channel is s-streamline, the pressure drop loss is small, the flow rate is large, and the adjustable range is wide. The upper valve cover adopts corrugated pipe seal structure, which can completely eliminate the possibility of process medium leakage from the valve stem clearance. It is suitable for regulating extremely toxic, flammable, explosive, volatile and rare and precious metal media. In addition, the valve can also be used in vacuum applications. This is one of the remarkable features of bellows seal valve. Due to the deformability and outstanding aging resistance of bellows components, the regulator overcomes the weakness of stuffing seal valve such as aging and temperature sensitivity. Secondly, the double seal structure of bellows and packing is adopted, which has better safety and reliability. Therefore, it is widely used in the automatic control system of highly toxic, highly corrosive, radioactive and other rare special media. The valve core has large guide area and good vibration resistance. The leakage of the control valve meets the ANSI standard. The control valve is equipped with multi spring diaphragm actuator, which has compact structure and large output force.
進口氣動薄膜波紋管調節閥特點：
1 幾乎能耐所有的介質(包括濃硝酸和王水)的腐蝕。
2、密封性能好：采用波紋管和填料雙重密封，確保無外滲漏。
3、泄漏量小：由于閥芯、閥座采用軟密封，故泄漏量低。
4、配用LOCKE執行機構，輸出力大、結構緊湊。
5、 氣動薄膜直通雙座波紋管調節閥：閥內有兩個閥座，具有流通能力大，不平衡力小等優點。
6、 閥桿上端為左旋螺紋，這樣在閥桿不能轉動的情況下，能通過連接螺母來調節行程。
7、 采用防轉結構的波紋管組件與閥芯連接，可防止裝配過程中調節行程時產生的扭轉而損壞波紋管元件。
8、 氣動薄膜直通單座波紋管調節閥：閥內只有一個閥座，具有泄漏量小的優點，但不平衡力較大，受氣動薄膜執行機構輸出力的限制，工作壓差不宜過高。
9、 具有雙重密封結構：在上閥蓋上端設有聚四氟乙烯V型填料密封區，一旦波紋管組件失效，可作為道密封，增加了氣動波紋管調節閥密封安全性。
